Postpartum Doula Care
-
What is a postpartum doula?
In short: a postpartum doula is your support person, there to walk with you as you navigate the tender early days of postpartum.
I fiercely believe that new parents deserve emotional, physical, practical, and informational care in their home. They deserve rest, and encouragement, and nurturing. This is where the postpartum doula comes in!
